Overview
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor for a full‑time position in the Kettering area. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support students in a secondary school setting and make a real difference to their educational experience and personal development.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support
* Support students on a one‑to‑one and small group basis
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
* Assist with behaviour management strategies and interventions
* Support students both inside and outside of the classroom
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working with young people in a school, mentoring, or support role
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* The ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A passion for supporting students' wellbeing and progress
