This role is ideal for a qualified mechanical or electrical engineer with supervisory experience who is confident managing maintenance operations in a critical environment where safety, reliability, and compliance are essential. Key Responsibilities Engineering Maintenance Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. Respond promptly to building and equipment faults to minimise disruption. Ensure all engineering work is completed safely and in accordance with internal procedures. Team Leadership Provide day-to-day supervision of engineering staff. Allocate workloads and monitor performance. Identify training needs and maintain competency standards. Promote a positive, safety-focused working culture.
