About the role As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in the sales process from start to finish. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be engaging with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to help property transactions move smoothly and successfully. Your main responsibilities will include: Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs Arranging and conducting property viewings Providing honest and knowledgeable advice to clients and applicants Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales Progressing agreed sales through to completion, ensuring excellent communication throughout Maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service at all times About you To succeed in this role, you will need to be: Confident, motivated, and passionate about property and people Organised and able to manage your time effectively A great communicator with strong negotiation skills Experienced within residential sales, ideally with local knowledge of St Albans and surrounding areas A car owner with a full UK driving licence The rewards Basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience On Target Earnings of £30,000 per annum Mileage paid Fantastic career progression within a growing independent business This is a superb opportunity to build your career in estate agency, joining a company that values individuality, integrity, and ambition.
