Lead Solutions Architect – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: Remote (UK-based only)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra, particularly B2C and external identity, to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering innovative identity solutions to major clients across the UK and internationally.
This is a senior, client-facing role with a strong presales element. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable IAM solutions, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs and shape technical strategies that drive real business value.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in IAM architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Entra technologies
* Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments
* Hands-on experience with B2C and external identity scenarios
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in presales, including solution scoping and client presentations
* Understanding of identity governance, conditional access, and Zero Trust principles
Desirable:
* Relevant Microsoft certifications
* Exposure to other IAM platforms such as IBM or NetIQ
* Experience in cloud-first or hybrid enterprise environments
