Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet Virginia State Inspection requirements
* Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Managers
* Provide accurate labor and time estimates
* Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction
* Complete all required repair documentation accurately
* Mentor technician trainees as needed
* Attend manufacturer and dealership training sessions
* Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins
* Follow all safety, environmental, and operational regulations
Qualifications:
* Virginia State Inspection License (Preferred)
* Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to ethical work practices and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
