We are currently seeking an Employer Engagement Coordinator for our Justice team in the North East. To identify, engage and manage new relationships with public and private sector employer organisations with the aim of securing sustainable employment opportunities for participants

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Employability Support: 121 support for participants to uncover job goals, promote job readiness and support with applications and interviews.
2. Disclosure Support: You will ensure each participant is able to effectively and confidently disclose their conviction to an employer and support them to write an effective supporting document.
3. Collaboration: Working closely with Hub staff, employers and partner organisations you will be responsible for arranging employer events and job fairs to create meaningful job opportunities for participants. You will also connect with training providers to identify programmes that support participants' rehabilitation and employment prospects.
