This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mobile Tyre Fitter located in Milton Keynes. The Mobile Tyre Fitter will be responsible for fitting, repairing, and replacing tyres on various vehicles at customers' locations. Duties include inspecting tyres for wear and damage, patching or replacing damaged tyres, ensuring tyres are properly inflated, balancing tyres, and advising customers on tyre maintenance and safety. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, managing tools and equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Experience in tyre fitting, tyre repair, and tyre maintenance
* Technical skills related to vehicle mechanics and tyre balancing
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in customer service and communication
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Valid driver's license (essential for the mobile nature of the role)
* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Qualifications or certifications in automotive service or mechanical engineering are a plus
