ROLE: QUALITY AUDITOR - HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SECTOR
They are seeking an experienced Quality Auditor for their services across Lincolnshire, aiming to make a positive difference in people's lives by enabling greater independence and improving well-being.
About You in this Role:
1. Conduct audits, action planning, and reviews, providing critical assessments of care delivery levels within services.
2. Offer guidance, assistance, and remedial action planning, including revisiting services to ensure implementation plans are followed and quality improvements are achieved.
3. Manage the delivery of the quality audit program, including regular audits, spot checks, report writing, making recommendations, and logging actions on application software.
4. Provide direction on remedial actions and drive change to meet standards and objectives.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance quality across designated services, focusing on personalized care and support.
6. Understand CQC and Local Authority standards and monitoring tools in preparation for inspections and contract reviews.
7. Analyze quality data to identify risks and recommend improvements.
8. Evaluate information, assess risks, identify concerns, and make informed recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence
* NVQ Level 3 - Health & Social Care (Desirable)
* Experience with regulated activities/inspections
* Ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the role
