What You Will Do
* Provide expert guidance: Act as a go-to expert on HR matters relating to Leadership, Talent and Performance.
* Deliver high quality advice and effective solutions to complex and sometimes challenging scenarios, including the delivery of Leadership learning initiatives.
* Drive strategic priorities: Work proactively and collaboratively on initiatives that support leadership, talent and performance strategies.
* Be flexible, managing competing demands and assessing risks appropriately.
* Influence and guide: Share knowledge and provide direction to aligned Leadership, Talent or Performance initiatives.
* Build strong trust-based collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
* A proven track record of providing advisory-level HR support in relation to Leadership, Talent and performance.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse workload.
* Experience in designing and delivering development programmes for identified talent pools, and developing robust, innovative performance management systems and processes that support effective organisational service delivery.
* Creativity in delivering engaging leadership learning programs for a diverse audience.
