What are we looking for?
You must have a minimum of 3 years’ recent professional experience in Office Administration or Office Management, ideally in a marketing context. You should also have:
* Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
* Experience using Canva (training can be provided)
* Close attention to detail and good organizational skills
* The ability to work on your own initiative
* A willingness to assist with various tasks as needed
* The ability to commit to a regular volunteering schedule
* An interest in the countryside and environmental issues
What will you be doing?
CPRE Hertfordshire is a well-regarded environmental charity dedicated to protecting and enhancing the Hertfordshire countryside. We are seeking a highly experienced part-time Office & Administration Volunteer to support our Office Manager. The role involves approximately 4-5 hours per week, preferably on Thursdays, with some flexibility. Tasks include updating spreadsheets, planning meetings, drafting social media posts, assembling merchandise orders, and assisting with newsletters. You will also conduct online research on local events, community groups, guest speakers, and sales outlets.
