Location: Cross Hands Retail Park | Contracted Hours: 10 | We’re looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store. In this role, you’ll support your Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. When your Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.
Role Responsibilities
- Play a key role in day‑to‑day running of the store—creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success.
- Lead by example, demonstrating great service and embodying the Card Factory Way.
- Help others grow while building your own skills.
- Drive store initiatives, maintain communication flow, and foster a positive, inclusive vibe.
- Monitor store metrics to ensure smooth operation and team thriving.
