Our client is one of Londons leading luxury Public houses and they are looking for a General manager who will push the business forward but also maintain and expected the Public Houses reputation for constantly delivering the best customer service.
This is a busy site with a large team you will be responsible for budgets, rotas, quality assurance. health and safety as well as ensuring that all compliance and licenses are in date. You will trouble shoot on the floor and you will be a natural born leader
You will be working 48 hours a week, 7 services 3 single and 2 double.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Trouble shoot any problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently
* Always ensure Customer satisfaction
* Work with the kitchen to develop new food offerings
* Drive sales during peak times
* Oversee promotion and marketing drive sales and the business forward
* Build and develop vendor and supplier relationships
* Lead and develop a friendly and dedicated team
About you:
* You will have extensive expertise in hospitality management
* Strong people skills
* You will have previously run a busy hospitality outlet
* Experience in compliance and food and safety management#
* An ability to grow, mentor and develop a team
* You will have proven success in a similar role
