About the Role:
As a Deputy Shift Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of our site in Cheltenham, working closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance, manage engineers, and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate engineers to meet operational goals.
* Maintenance Management: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics for improvements.
* Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Reporting: Prepare reports on site performance and maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate:
What We're Looking For:
* Technical Expertise: NVQ 3 or C&G in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building services, with experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
