Fully remote opportunity for a skilled and self-motivated PHP Developer to join a collaborative development team working on a cloud-based recruitment CRM platform.
The system automates the entire temporary staffing lifecycle — from booking to billing — and is designed to streamline shift scheduling, compliance, digital timesheets, candidate communications, and gross profit forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and jQuery
* Write clean, well-documented code following best practices
* Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders in Agile sprints
* Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
* Debug and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
* Document tasks clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and technologies
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a software engineering role
* Strong proficiency in:
* PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)
* MySQL
* JavaScript & jQuery
* Linux environments and CLI tools
* Solid front-end development skills with a focus on UX/UI
* Experience working in Agile development environments
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience with Git, RESTful APIs, and writing feature/unit tests
* Ability to refactor legacy applications using modern standards
Desirable Skills
* Experience with React or Vue.js
* Familiarity with AI tools/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face)
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with Meilisearch and WebSockets
