Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? Join our Responsive Maintenance Team as a Contract Manager, where you’ll drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. 🔧 Lead maintenance services: DTD, Voids, Planned & Disrepair
2. 📊 Manage contracts with turnover between £2m–£12m
3. 👥 Build and develop a high-performing team
4. ✅ Deliver KPIs, client satisfaction & commercial success
5. 🛡️ Oversee SHEQ compliance and safety standards
6. 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams and clients
7. 📋 Ensure adherence to policies, procedures & performance targets
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
8. 🎓 HNC (or equivalent) in Construction
9. SMSTS / IOSH certified
10. 3+ years leading in construction, maintenance or social housing
Knowledge & Skills
11. 💡 Strong commercial & financial acumen
12. Understanding of housing legislation, KPIs & procurement
13. Contract mobilisation & SOR codes
14. Excellent communication & leadership skills
15. Problem-solving, innovation & team motivation
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office
