Key Responsibilities
* Attend to clients via phone, email, or in person, providing information about products and services.
* Conduct internal sales, register orders, and follow up until delivery.
* Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor sales targets and indicators, reporting results to management.
* Update client records and information in the CRM or ERP system.
* Collaborate with the sales team on sales strategies and product promotion.
* Provide support in negotiations and clarify client questions.
Requirements
* High school diploma (higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
* Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
* Good verbal and written communication, friendly demeanor, and professional posture.
* Organization, proactivity, and ability to meet targets.
* Computer skills (Office Suite, CRM, or ERP systems).
* Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
