Event Coordinator From the Fields is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager to oversee the operational delivery of acclaimed light trail experiences.
This is a full-time, remote-first role: work from your preferred location, with the option to use our Manchester (Northern Quarter) studio as needed. You will join us on-site for live-event builds and show days and visit the office monthly for leadership and creative meetings.
You will be part of a small, ambitious team where ideas are valued, creativity is encouraged, and there are opportunities to grow and lead. Last year, our light trail events sold 300,000 tickets, and with ongoing growth and new opportunities, they are among the largest in the country.
This role offers a chance to be at the forefront of immersive experience development nationwide. With the freedom to innovate and the support to execute high-profile events, you can make a significant impact on some of the UK's most exciting live experiences. The position reports to the Directors. From the Fields is part of Superstruct Entertainment Group, the second-largest live entertainment platform globally, home to brands like Boiler Room, Boardmasters, Sonar, and Elrow.
Responsibilities Budget management
Operational planning and on-site management
Supporting brand consistency and experience quality
Identifying operational efficiencies
Monitoring industry trends and innovations
Stakeholder liaison and partnership development
Ensuring event KPIs are met
Representing the organization at industry events
Operational Oversight Coordinating Creative, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams
Supporting creative concept implementation
Quality control and standards enforcement
Post-event evaluation and debriefs
Liaising with artists, designers, and suppliers
Aligning creative vision with brand and commercial goals
Commercial Support Ticketing strategy and sales analysis
Performance and ROI reporting
Pricing strategy based on market analysis
Budget management across departments
Event Delivery Building relationships with artists and suppliers
Managing crisis and risk during planning and live phases
Candidate Profile Experience in live event management, immersive events, or outdoor arts installations
