Senior Account Manager Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Christchurch, WFH Wednesdays & Fridays Full-time | Agency-side | Apply via CV to: dawn.lewis@chs.agency About the role: We’re looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to join the Client Services Team at our Island in Christchurch. You’ll work with some of the UK’s most-loved brands, leading the delivery of campaigns that go Beyond Expectation. As the key contact for your clients, you’ll collaborate with our Creative and Strategy teams, run multiple integrated projects, and mentor junior colleagues - driving excellence from briefing to delivery. This is a hybrid role, with office days Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, and work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. About you: You’re an experienced account handler with a marketing or advertising (or similar) background, with at least 5 years’ experience managing multi-channel campaigns. You know how to lead - not just support - projects. You’ve briefed creative teams, owned budgets, run timelines, and built strong, strategic relationships with clients. You love clarity, process, and momentum - and you bring energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude into every interaction. ❗ Please note : You must have proven experience leading client accounts and managing creative/marketing projects from start to finish. If your background is internal marketing or sales without account management ownership, this isn’t the right role.
