Key Responsibilities
Set up, optimise, and fine-tune injection moulding machines for peak performance
Develop and implement robust processes to improve quality and efficiency
Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects across production
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with production teams for quick resolutions
Maintain accurate process documentation and uphold safety standards
Assist with equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in injection moulding process engineering
Strong knowledge of machine setup, optimisation, and fault-finding
Practical maintenance skills and diagnostic capabilities
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
IMT Level 3 or 4 qualification (or equivalent)
Desirable Skills
Background in lean manufacturing or process improvement
Formal engineering qualification (mechanical, manufacturing, or related field)
Genuine interest in sustainable manufacturing and environmental innovation
