We are looking for a self motivated, team player to join our friendly team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and be able to confidently discuss their service and repair needs, providing quotes and updates.
The successful candidate will;
* Have good communication skills, enjoy being busy and be confident discussing repair requirements with customers.
* Be self-motivated, disciplined and have good time-keeping skills
* Have an interest in electric vehicles, the motor trade and want to learn more about it, ideally have some previous experience in the industry.
* Hold a UK driving license
* Thrive working as part of a motivated and ambitious team
* Have a good phone manner and good IT skills
Daily duties include;
* Discuss tasks with technicians and add details to job card
* Order parts from suppliers
* Prepare job cards and update them during the day
* Editing technician's inspections and sending them to customer
* Arranging appointments via phone or email and raising appointment in system
* Update customers on job progress
* Take payments and explain invoices clearly to customer
* Communicating with the team and maintaining our high standards
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience
