About Our Client
Our client is based in central Bournemouth with excellent commuting links (both public transport and those who drive). Due to an ongoing project, they need additional help in their accountancy function on an ongoing basis.
Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
3. Processing high volumes of invoices
4. Clearing the inbox
5. Dealing with queries
6. Allocating payments
7. Raising invoices
8. Bank reconciliations
9. Other adhoc duties as requested by the manager
The Successful Applicant
In ordered to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
10. Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
11. Be able to be adaptable and work as part of a team
12. Have excellent communication skills
13. Have strong attention to detail
