Description Job Description Job Title: Administration Assistant – Transport Department (Days) Location: The position is based at the National Sortation Centre. Responsible to: Senior Transport Administrator/Transport Manager Job Summary: Providing administrative support to the Transport Department. Main duties: Your main duties will include: Logging costs in relation to vehicles and trailer repairs/services etc Logging cost in relation to hire vehicles Logging costs in relation to MHE repairs/services etc Trunking Matrix costs Additional vehicles costs Logging of employee's overtime Transferring all relevant data to Oracle and submitting to generate PO's Ensuring that the trunk operators operating licenses and insurances are up to date General administrative duties including emails, filling, report writing etc This list is not exhaustive and you may be to perform additional duties Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Intermediate Excel skills Good organisation skills Good communication/interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise workloads Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems Other information: As this role develops you may be required to develop your skills further.
