Location: Wisbech & Surrounding Areas Pay: £200 per day (Van provided) £220 a day (Using own van) (Self-Employed) Start Date: Immediate Start Available Contract Type: Long-Term, Ongoing (Self-Employed)
About the Role: Our client, a well-established, family-run maintenance contractor based in East Anglia, is currently seeking experienced Floor Layers to work on social housing properties, primarily voids, in and around Wisbech and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable company, offering excellent rates and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities: Installing a range of flooring types including:
Altro floors
Cap and cove
PolySafe
Flat lay
Floor Laying
Latex and floor preparation
Working primarily on void properties
Travelling across Wisbech and surrounding areas
Requirements: Proven experience in floor laying (as listed above)
Previous experience in floor laying in social housing preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Working Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday, full-time
£200 day rate (van provided) £220 (using own van) (self-employed)
Company van and fuel card available if required
