Job Description As Day Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth and safe overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational security. You will: Oversee end-of-day reporting, and financial reconciliation Act as the primary point of contact for all guest issues and emergencies Ensure guest check-ins/outs are completed efficiently and professionally Monitor the building’s security and perform regular walks and health & safety checks Assist with cleaning, stock control, and light F&B duties where required Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reception to ensure day to day readiness Support and guide any staff on duty, ensuring policies and standards are followed Respond to fire alarms or incidents in line with the hotel’s emergency procedures
