Overview
We are seeking a talented, motivated and creative Packaging & Brand Designer to join our team. As a family-run business we are a small and collaborative team, which means you will gain hands on experience across a wide range of projects and brands from day one.
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career, or looking to build on early experience, who is eager to develop their skills across both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling print & packaging designs that align with our brand identity.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branded packaging & assets across multiple product ranges. The successful applicant will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual print designs.
Responsibilities
Design print-ready artwork for packaging & POS
Create and develop high-quality digital and print materials, including product mock-ups and promotional materials
Maintain and apply brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs
Support the development of branding across multiple product ranges
Prepare artwork files correctly for print production and liaise with suppliers where required
Organise and maintain design files, templates and brand assets in line with internal systems
Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising deadlines effectively
Identify design challenges and propose practical, creative solutions
Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design (or related field), or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (minimum Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign desirable)
Ability to create accurate, print-ready packaging artwork (e.g. pouches, labels, cartons)
Strong attention to detail
Good written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
Desirable (but not essential)
Basic photography or photo-editing skills
Experience creating content for e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon listings)
Understanding of print processes and materials

Pay: £29,350.00 per year
