About the role
We are seeking a Shift Manager for our Restaurants & Quick Service department at Bognor Regis. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks and objectives are completed by the team. You will manage team placement to meet guest demand while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction.
The role involves supporting and coaching the team to deliver excellent guest experiences and driving key targets such as sales and promotions. It is a primarily guest-facing role, with non-guest tasks scheduled within your working hours to maximize guest interaction.
This position requires a flexible schedule, covering a 40-hour, 5-day workweek over 7 days, with shifts between 6am and 3am. Adaptability and quick thinking are essential, as no two days are the same.
About You
You should be an experienced leader from a volume-led F&B or fast-food environment, capable of supporting the team to deliver outstanding service. Experience in training and coaching in a lively environment is important, with a focus on balancing speed and quality.
You must be confident in responding to various situations while maintaining brand standards. Strong leadership skills are crucial for motivating your team, especially during peak times, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
