My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll and Benefits Officer to join their dynamic Human Resources team in their central London office.
Responsibilities:
* Process payroll data for multiple entities accurately and within agreed timelines.
* Liaise with external Payroll service provider to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits Manager on specific projects as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience working within payroll, with excellent technical skills including manual payroll calculations.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, preferably ADP.
3. Experience processing Expats, Inpats, and Cross Border workers, including Shadow Payroll and relevant tax treatment.
4. Solid understanding of Pensions and benefit administration, including payrolling benefits and tax treatment.
5. Familiarity with statutory reporting requirements.
6. Working knowledge of HR systems and benefits portals, such as Success Factors and Darwin.
