Overview
We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to support the upkeep and accuracy of HR information within a large internal system. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with large volumes of data. Any experience with ServiceNow is a bonus, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Update, maintain, and quality-check information within ServiceNow
* Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and correctly categorised
* Take information from stakeholders (emails, documents, notes) and structure it clearly in the system
* Apply templates, tags, and metadata correctly
* Identify and flag outdated, duplicate, or incorrect information
* Support busy delivery periods by keeping information reliable and up to date
