Smile Education is currently working with a Primary school in Erdington that is seeking a dedicated teacher to join their team. Whether you specialise in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and make a real impact in the lives of children. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 to support pupil learning and development.
* Utilise enthusiasm, creativity and effective classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment.
* Contribute to the school community and support children’s learning and well-being.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
* Previous teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s learning.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
