Expanding affordable housing company has a key hiring requirement for a Head of Housing Management Litigation to support the continued expansion of their own in-house housing management operations. Based in newly refurbished offices, 20 minutes from the M1, the role offers hybrid working arrangements of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (if required).

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will form a key part of the senior management legal team with responsibility for all housing management litigation. The core focus of the work will be a broad range of housing litigation matters along with some non-contentious work such as policy advice. Work will include gaining possession, anti-social behaviour proceedings, disrepair claims, emergency injections, fraud investigations. service charge disputes, cases before the FTT and higher courts.
