Marketing / Brand Manager - Up to £50,000
We are currently recruiting for a Marketing / Brand Manager to join a growing hospitality group. Reporting directly to the Head of Brands, this role will play a key part in shaping and developing brand concepts from the very beginning through to launch and beyond. This is a generalist marketing role responsible for the full scope of brand and marketing activities. The position offers a hybrid working style, combining time in the office, on-site visits, and being out across various locations to support brand development and execution.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the development of new brand concepts from initial idea through to launch
* Managing and delivering marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
* Overseeing brand identity, positioning, and consistency across all platforms
* Coordinating marketing activity across digital, social media, partnerships, and on-site activations
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful brand rollouts
* Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve brand engagement
Ideal candidate
* Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager role
* Strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategy
* A generalist marketing background with experience across multiple marketing channels
* Experience within hospitality brands is essential
* Creative thinker with strong organisational and project management skills
