QA Analyst

What You'll Be Doing:
* Analyse requirements, designs and architecture with a quality lens and give clear feedback.
* Shape testing approaches in collaboration with QA Leads and project teams.
* Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to QA processes.
* Carry out test analysis, design and execution, logging defects and reporting progress.
* Support QA Leads and share specialist knowledge with the wider team.
* Ensure compliance with QA processes and contribute to tooling research.
* Build strong domain knowledge across complex financial and gaming systems.
Main Skills Needed:
* At least 2 years' experience in QA, ideally within financial systems.
* Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and risk-based testing.
* Hands-on with SQL, Putty, Postman, Windows and Unix environments.
* Confident using Jira, TestRail, Confluence (or similar).
* Strong background in requirements validation, test environments and data management.
* ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
* Excellent communicator with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
