Hatched Talent is delighted to be the talent partner for an established IT services provider seeking a Cloud Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Cloud professional to step into a client-facing, second-line technical role with real career progression.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, associated products)
* Providing advanced diagnostics and support for complex technical issues
* Supporting and guiding the 1st line team on escalations
* Liaising directly with customers on-site and remotely to ensure high satisfaction
* Completing system checks in line with remote system support policies
* Assisting with evaluation of new technologies and beta releases
* Offering software application support to customers after training
What we\'re looking for
* Minimum of 3 years\' experience in Microsoft Cloud support, delivery, and administration
* Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Ability to take ownership of projects/issues and see them through to resolution
* Full UK driving licence (essential for on-site work)
Desirable skills
* Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
* Knowledge of VoIP systems and support
* Experience with Intune, Defender, and PowerShell
