5. Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules and plans, working closely with project managers to reflect progress and changes
6. Conduct project assurance and health‑check reviews, identifying risks, issues or gaps in compliance
7. Support project governance activities including change control, risk and issue management, status reporting, and milestone tracking
8. Provide guidance to project managers on project processes, documentation standards, and best practice
9. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project processes, templates, and reporting standards
10. Review project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and quality
11. Prepare for and support regular project meetings, including scheduling, producing meeting packs, and taking minutes/actions where required
12. Build strong working relationships with project teams and stakeholders to support smooth and effective delivery

19. A flexible, proactive, and autonomous approach to work — with a genuine “can‑do” attitude
