Why This Role is Unique
Imagine teaching a small, close-knit group of children who are eager to learn — and seeing the difference you make every single day.
At Classroom Recruiters, we’re seeking a fun, nurturing, and passionate teacher who can bring creativity, patience, and warmth to a small class of children with additional needs. These children are of secondary school age but are working at a primary learning level, meaning your role will be to build their confidence, reignite their love of learning, and help them achieve progress at their own pace.
This is a rewarding teaching role where your approach, personality, and care will matter just as much as your planning and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who believes that every child deserves a chance to succeed, no matter their starting point. You should be:
* Positive, creative, and nurturing – able to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
* Experienced with SEND or alternative provision – or confident and adaptable enough to thrive in this setting.
* Committed and reliable – the kind of teacher who celebrates every small victory and never gives up on a child.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Small Class Size: Teach a small group where you can truly personalise learning and see the impact of your work every day.
Freedom to Teach Creatively: Plan lessons that are engaging, hands-on, and meaningful.
Supportive Team: You’ll work closely with a friendly, understanding school team who value your wellbeing and your ideas.
Make a Real Difference: Your work will change how these children see themselves and what they believe they can achieve.
