Software Developer - AI Agent - Multi-Strat Asset Manager
Compensation: Up to £250k TC
Location: London
WFH: 4 days in office, 1 from home
We're building out the first AI focused development team within one of the most highly regarded asset mangers of the past 20 years. This is a brand new team, and an opportunity to shape the future of AI within one of the most consistent and top performing funds the market has seen.
You will work closely with traders, developers and senior stakeholders to design, build and rollout greenfield AI initiatives across the wider business
Must have:
* 5+ years of experience programming in Python or Java
* 3 + years of experience in finance
* Proven experience designing, building and deploying AI Agents or intelligent automation systems.
* Experience with AI Frameworks, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Hugging Face etc.
