What you’ll be doing
In this role you will line manage and supervise a team of electricians in delivering a quality, planned and responsive electrical service for our social housing repairs service and relevant commercial works. You will:
* Be responsible for signing off NICEIC certification and all aspects of Electrical/Testing work from minor repairs to larger one-off projects. You will also be responsible for managing the annual NICEIC accreditation, ensuring Raven’s compliance.
* Lead and motivate the team of electricians, setting clear expectations and driving performance against targets.
* Deliver accurate pre-inspections, scope works effectively, and secure timely material supplies to ensure repairs and projects are delivered right first time.
* Monitor and inspect works to uphold quality standards, providing constructive feedback and coaching to electricians and apprentices to embed best practice.
* Oversee health and safety performance across the electrical service, embedding safe systems of work and ensuring risks are identified, reported and mitigated.
* Ensure customer satisfaction with last repair and overall repairs service.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with:
* C&G 2360 Parts 1&2 or 2330 Parts 2&3, or equivalent
* C&G Electrical NVQ3
* C&G 2391 Preferred or 2394/5
* C&G Latest BS 7671 Qualifications
* A full UK, clean driving license.
* Ability to advise trade staff and contractors about technical repairs solutions
* An assertive and pro-active approach to resolving technical and people issues and identifying improvements or resolutions.
* Able to demonstrate experience in the Electrical Construction Industry.
* Proficient in working with both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.

Selection process
Your application will progress through the following stages:
1.Application Review

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at Raven House.
This is the final stage of the selection process and will determine the outcome of your application.
4.Feedback
Feedback will be provided following the face-to-face interview stage.
Successful candidates will then be considered for an offer.
