Unqualified Teacher - SouthamptonProspero Teaching is looking for confident, proactive Unqualified Teachers to support a variety of secondary and primary schools across Southampton. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy leading groups, feel comfortable directing a classroom, and want valuable paid experience in education without needing QTS. You will be the lead adult in the room when the class teacher is absent, delivering pre-planned lesson material, keeping students focused, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. This is an excellent route for aspiring teachers, graduates exploring the profession, or anyone used to working with young people in coaching, mentoring, or youth-support roles.
