Job Opportunity – Construction Equipment Delivery Driver required at our head office at Brentwood
Broughton Plant Hire & Sales LTD are looking to recruit a full-time permanent delivery driver to help deliver our services to our ever-expanding customer base.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Complete daily checks to ensure the safety of the vehicle
* Delivering and collecting a wide variety of tools and equipment to our customers
* Maintain an organised travel schedule
* To effectively communicate with the Hire desk when required to be informed of any change of delivery, route, or schedule.
* Work within the Health & Safety policy of the company to ensure safe working practises
Key job requirements
* A valid clean UK driver's licence
* 1 year delivery driving experience preferred
* Hard working and physically fit due to the nature of the equipment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Multi drop experience would be an advantage
* Previous experience within the tool hire sector is preferred but not essential
