Position - Registered Care Manager

What would your responsibilities be? Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? Our client is looking for a dedicated registered domiciliary care manager to join their team and help them make a real difference in our rural community.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the service, overseeing the day-to-day running of care operations and ensuring every individual they support receives safe, effective, and person-centred care. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and their high-quality standards, giving peace of mind to families and those we care for.
You'll inspire and support the team by leading on recruitment, training, and supervision, ensuring every member of staff feels valued and equipped to succeed. From overseeing care planning and safeguarding to managing budgets, staffing, and resources, you'll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly.
Equally important, you'll build trusted relationships with customers, families, professionals, and commissioners, and represent the company confidently during inspections, reviews, and multi-agency meetings. With the support of digital systems, you'll ensure all communication and documentation is accurate, transparent, and up to date.

Requirements? We are looking for an experienced registered domiciliary care manager with good man management skills who has excellent knowledge of rural mid, north and east Devon. The territory covered includes the Blackdown Hills and Tiverton countryside. You will have excellent operational skills with a passion for hitting KPIs and growing the business through ensuring the highest standards of care are dlivered. This is not a sales role. New business will be won by the Directors. They need you to have the registration and run the business on an operational basis.
