What you will do:
* Provide motivational leadership within the team, both in-office and online, while building strong relationships with practitioners.
* Conduct strengths-based supervision, encouraging professional growth and celebrating achievements.
* Oversee duty allocations and ensure effective service delivery.

* Maintain the highest standards of social work practice through regular case file audits and quality assurances.
* Manage complex caseloads and assist in budget management through effective work distribution and assessment authorisation.
* Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager and chair protection meetings when necessary.
* Keep abreast of statutory responsibilities under key acts and ensure team compliance.
* Encourage innovation and a positive approach to risk-taking within the service, including supporting practitioner development through mentoring.
