Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Main Responsibilities
1. Drive profitable sales growth by developing and implementing a clear sales strategy focused on customer needs and market understanding.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team, utilizing the Saica Flex Sales System (SFSS) as a foundation for success.
3. Define and communicate the medium-term vision and strategy across the sales organization.
4. Support and supervise regional marketing plans and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
5. Manage the sales budget and ensure appropriate organization and resources.
6. Utilize SFSS methodology across the team, supervise adherence, and support innovation projects.
7. Participate as a market and customer information provider to R+D+I initiatives.
8. Develop and deploy training and development programs to build an effective sales team.
9. Act as a coach for direct reports, providing performance feedback and development plans.
10. Lead technical support initiatives to grow existing customer accounts and develop new opportunities.
11. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and partnership.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by line management.
Qualifications & Skills
* University degree in Economics, Engineering, Commerce/Marketing or similar.
* Master's in Commerce/Marketing preferred.
* 5-7 years' experience as a Sales Director in industrial or mass consumption sectors.
* 3-5 years managing sales teams.
* Proficiency in English (Level 4) and standard level in other languages.
* Strong leadership, strategic vision, and people management skills.
* Excellent negotiation, impact, and influence capabilities.
* Innovative mindset and analytical thinking skills.
* Commitment to health and safety policies.
