Were now seeking a purpose led leader to oversee our North and Midlands Ready-Mix operations. This is a dynamic, strategic role that combines operational leadership with real impact, from boosting commercial performance to driving digital transformation and sustainable growth.
What you'll be doing
* Youll shape the strategic vision and lead the commercial performance of Holcims Ready Mix operations.
* As a forward thinking leader, youll champion digital transformation, streamline operations, and embed smarter, more agile ways of working that unlock real value.
* Your work will support some of the UKs most high profile construction projects, from HS2 to major housing developments and logistics infrastructure.
* Above all, youll lead with purpose, playing a key role in delivering Holcims low-carbon ambitions and helping to build a more sustainable future for the industry.

* As a natural commercial leader, you bring experience managing complex, multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility.
