About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle for transporting people to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates for those without experience are £12.31 and for those with experience it’s £12.60. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
