7. Conduct site surveys and create design reports, bills of materials, and cost estimates for electrical installations
8. Ensure all electrical work is compliant with BS7671 and other relevant regulations
9. Perform inspection and testing of new and existing electrical installations
10. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with stock-taking
11. Collaborate with site occupiers and service users to deliver high-quality services
12. SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (3 years)
13. City & Guilds 18th edition certification
14. Inspection & Testing 2391-52 or equivalent
15. Knowledge of electrical power systems and distribution
16. Familiarity with CDM Regulations and safety practices
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. Good computer skills, including Microsoft applications
19. Full driving license and willingness to travel, including occasional weekends
20. Good standard of education
21. SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (3 years)
22. City & Guilds 18th edition
23. Inspection & Testing 2391-52 or equivalent
24. ECS Gold Card holder (preferable)
25. £42,000-£50,000 basic per annum
