The company is enjoying sustained year on year growth and has ambitious plans. This will therefore be a key hire, working closely with the Finance Director and taking responsibility for leading the finance team. What will the Financial Controller role involve? Responsibility for managing the finance team and working to improve reporting efficiency Production of monthly reporting pack, ensuring the business has all the information it needs to make swift decisions to support ongoing growth Parter with heads of department to ensure finance information is fully understood Ensure robust controls are in place and work as primary contact for auditors Support the Finance Director in a range of projects, helping to ensure the business maintains its market leading position Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Strong leadership skills and well-rounded finance knowledge covering both management reporting and audits/stat accounts Experience of manufacture or similar industry Happy commuting to Chichester 3-4 days per week Additional benefits and information for the role of Financial Controller: Enhanced pension, flexible working pattern and medical cover Generous annual leave and bonus Hybrid working pattern CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
