Property Litigation Solicitor - Essex
Leading law firm with offices in East Anglia and Essex seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Colchester office. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2+ PQE in property litigation who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of property litigation matters, including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes, property management issues, and lease disputes
* Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of property litigation processes and legislation
* Conduct legal research, prepare legal documentation, and attend court hearings as required
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
About you
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience in property litigation
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of managing your own caseload independently
