If you're a recently qualified teacher looking for a different teaching environment, then KSOL offers a natural alternative to working in schools.
We provide an opportunity to teach primary education without the burden of school bureaucracy, constant homework marking at home, and disruptive behaviour. At KSOL, we believe in valuing your skills and time. Providing you with a supportive team environment, that allows you to enjoy teaching without the need to take work home.
Teaching at KSOL is different; we offer small class sizes and ample time for progress analysis, intervention creation, and parent communication. You'll be part of an exciting team that develops and researches new products, with full training, ongoing continuing professional development (CPD), and a great office environment. Everything at KSOL is designed to ensure you have an excellent work-life balance.
We value your voice and provide full support and direction from senior management. The role is diverse and tailored to your enthusiasm, with a salary commensurate with experience, company benefits, and a travel allowance paid for travel between teaching centers and head office.
The role involves up to two early evenings and a Saturday morning at our Solihull teaching centre. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, split between teaching children at our facilities or planning at the Solihull head office. To be considered for the role, you must have at least one year of teaching experience in a UK primary or secondary school, hold NQT status or have completed a PGCE, possess a UK degree with a 2:1, have excellent communication skills, and hold a full UK driving license.
If you're passionate about teaching and want to take your skills to the next level, send your CV to us today. Join the KSOL team and provide every child with an excellent start to secondary education.
