The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) will play a critical role in supporting operational managers across our practices to proactively and effectively manage all employee relations matters. This role focuses on delivering hands-on support and coaching to managers, enabling a shift towards a more consistent, high-performing, and people-centric culture. Regular travel across practices is required to build strong partnerships, resolve issues early, and enhance overall workforce stability.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Employee Relations Support
* Manage a portfolio of live employee relations cases, including performance management, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.
* Provide expert guidance and hands-on case management to ensure fair, timely, and consistent resolution of issues
* Support line managers with drafting outcome letters, action plans, and case documentation
* Conduct or support formal investigation processes as an independent or supporting party.
Manager Coaching and Upskilling
* Coach and develop managers in best practices for people management.
