Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities
Support refugee, resettled, and migrant families in finding suitable and affordable housing in West Sussex.
Work within the property and accommodation team and collaborate with community teams, partners, and local councils.
Secure residential accommodation and address housing barriers to prevent premature end of housing arrangements.
Build strong relationships with estate agents, landlords, and the Home Office to secure properties.
Travel across West Sussex, including areas not easily accessible by public transport, to fulfill job duties.
Communicate regularly in English with the public.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Valid UK driving license.
Ability to work full-time with a hybrid arrangement (minimum 2 days in office).
Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with refugee and migrant families.
Knowledge of the West Sussex housing market.
